Engaging God's Future ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlinesour procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims related to content made available on our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services").

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, lectures, presentations, documents, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software (collectively, "Engaging God's Future Content"), is the property of Engaging God's Future or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.

Upon enrolling in a course or accessing our Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Engaging God's Future Content solely for your personal and educational purposes in connection with the specific course or service you have accessed.

3. Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from:

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing, or transmitting any Engaging God's Future Content without our prior written consent.

Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing unauthorized individuals to access our Services or the Engaging God's Future Content.

Using the Engaging God's Future Content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or advertising.

Removing or altering any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings from the Engaging God's Future Content.

However, you grant Engaging God's Future a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify,adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in connection with our Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA Notice)

Engaging God's Future respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed by content available on our Services, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written notification that includes substantially the following information (as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512):

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if a single notification covers multiple copyrighted works at a single online site, a representative list of such works at that site.

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to11 contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our Services was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification mustinclude substantially the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that20 you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days or more, following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who filed the original notification that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in the infringing activity relating to the material on our system or network.

7. Repeat Infringers

Engaging God's Future reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

8. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify or revise this Copyright Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
